Shipping policy

Western Works Supply delivers construction materials across the continental United States, with a focus on California and the Pacific Northwest.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Large or bulk orders may require 1 to 2 additional business days for warehouse preparation.

Small items under 50 lbs ship via ground shipping through FedEx or UPS with an estimated delivery of 3 to 7 business days.

Medium items between 50 and 150 lbs ship via LTL freight or palletized delivery with an estimated delivery of 5 to 10 business days.

Heavy and bulk items such as lumber, cement, concrete block, and LVL beams ship via flatbed or dedicated freight with an estimated delivery of 7 to 14 business days.

Local deliveries within the Seattle metro area use our local flatbed delivery service with an estimated delivery of 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery zip code. Free standard shipping is available on orders over 199 dollars for items under 50 lbs. Freight items such as lumber, concrete block, cement, and LVL beams are excluded from free shipping promotions.

You must provide a valid delivery address accessible by standard delivery trucks. For freight and LTL deliveries, an adult aged 18 or older must be present to sign and inspect the delivery. Curbside delivery is standard. Liftgate, inside delivery, or residential freight fees may apply and will be quoted at checkout.

Inspect all freight deliveries before signing the Bill of Lading. If damage is visible, note it on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and refuse delivery if the damage is severe. Report damage within 48 hours to jdarreljensenddsps85@cavopo.com with photos and your order number.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait, substitute with a comparable item, or cancel for a full refund.

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
