Products & Descriptions We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, construction materials are subject to natural variation in color, grain, and texture. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Pricing & Availability All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.
Orders & Payment
  • Orders are accepted only after payment is authorized and verified.
  • We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and Shopify Payments.
  • For large orders (over $5,000), we may require additional verification to prevent fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or inventory shortages are beyond our control.
  • Heavy items (lumber, cement, concrete block) require freight or flatbed delivery. You must ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles.
  • Curbside delivery is standard. Inside delivery or liftgate service may incur additional fees.
Product Use & Safety
  • Our products are sold for construction and building purposes. You are responsible for ensuring products meet your local building codes and are suitable for your specific application.
  • Always follow manufacturer safety guidelines. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cement, insulation, treated lumber, and power tools.
  • Western Works Supply is not liable for injury, property damage, or project failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow building codes.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Western Works Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
