Western Works Elastomeric Wall Coating is a thick, flexible waterproof coating that bridges hairline cracks and seals stucco, concrete, and masonry surfaces.
With up to 400% elongation, this coating expands and contracts with substrate movement, preventing water intrusion and protecting building envelopes.
Features: Up to 400% elongation — bridges cracks up to 1/16". Excellent waterproofing and breathability. Resists wind-driven rain and moisture intrusion.
UV stable — won't chalk, fade, or degrade in sun.
Low VOC formula compliant with California regulations.
